SUBJECT OF ACTIVITY, GOALS AND MEANS OF THEIR ACHIEVEMENT
Art.9. Subject of the ASSOCIATION’s activity shall be all allowed by law actions, aiming at assisting the members in the accomplishment of their commercial activity and protection of their rights and interests.
Art.10. For fulfillment of its subject of activity and achievement of its goals the ASSOCIATION shall:
1. Establish connection, interaction and mutual assistance between the Companies for consumer lending;
2. Agree and coordinate the interests of its members in the activities carried on by them;
Represent and defend the interests of its members before the government authorities, public organizations and other legal entities and natural person;
3. Represent and defend the interests of its members before the government authorities, public organizations and other legal entities and natural person;
4. Prepare reasoned and substantiated opinions on drafts of normative acts, regulating consumer lending and related activities, and the financial sector;
5. Make proposals to the competent bodies according the Law on Normative Acts bodies regarding normative regulation of issues of material significance for the consumer lending and related activities, and the financial sector;
6. Promote honorable practices and encourage the highest standards of professionalism among its members;
7. Set up, if needed, its own information system for collection of legal, economic, technical and industry related information;
8. Assist for the enhancement of the professional qualification of the employees in the consumer lending institutions by arrangement of business meetings, conferences and other such in Bulgaria and abroad;
9. Carry on contacts and representative functions before foreign and international organizations;
10. Assist in the implementation of new, modern techniques and technologies in the consumer lending;
11. Create whenever needed specialized structures, units and working groups;
12. Carry on ancillary business activity with the subject of: advisory and information services, publishing activity, organization and conducting of conferences, courses, schools, seminars and other forms of education.
